When I did the 21 Day Sugar Detox a couple years ago to curb my sugar cravings, I had really amazing results like better sleep, more energy, clearer skin and weight loss. It wasn’t all roses and daisies the entire time because I missed a lot of foods that I loved, but I was on a mission to get through the 21 days.
